Can I get a card?
Currently, the cities of College Place, Waitsburg, and Walla Walla do not have agreements with the rural library district for library service.
If you live in these areas, or outside of Walla Walla County, you may purchase service for $40 per year. A non-resident library card offers the same access to the library as a regular library card as well as access to materials from the WALNET group of libraries. You may purchase a non-resident library card from any rural library district branch.
